Be Watching, Selah Massage & Healing Center Is Almost Open
Be Watching — Selah Massage & Healing Center Is Almost Open
Something peaceful is taking shape in Hudson, Florida.
The finishing touches are coming together at Selah Massage & Healing Center, and Sheila Shynski, LMT, is looking forward to opening the doors and welcoming you into a space created for rest, personalized care and a little time away from the demands of everyday life.
Selah was created around a simple idea: sometimes your body needs permission to stop.
Whether you’re looking for therapeutic massage to address tired, tight muscles, a relaxation massage to help you slow down, specialized care such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage or prenatal massage, or simply a quiet place to pause for a while, Sheila believes your experience should begin with listening.
No two people arrive feeling exactly the same. That’s why sessions at Selah aren’t about following the same routine for everyone. They’re about understanding what your body needs that day and personalizing your care accordingly.
Be Among the First to Experience Selah
Our new facility at 10201 State Rd 52, Suite B in Hudson, Florida is nearly ready. An official opening date will be announced soon, and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been creating.
Until then, explore our new website, learn about the massage and wellness services Selah will offer, and keep watching for news about our opening.
As Sheila describes the vision for Selah, it’s about creating:
“A place where you feel seen, cared for, and safe enough to let go.”
Soon, that place will be ready for you.
Good things are coming to Hudson.
Pause. Rest. Restore.
