Why Choose Selah Massage & Healing Center?

No two people walk through the door feeling exactly the same. You may be dealing with sore muscles, limited mobility or swelling—or you may simply need an hour to relax and leave the pressures of the week behind.

At Selah Massage & Healing Center, Sheila Shynski, LMT, begins by listening. She takes the time to understand how you're feeling, what is bothering you and what you hope to get from your massage.

Rather than following the same routine for every client, Sheila draws from therapeutic and relaxation massage, stretching, deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy and other forms of bodywork to create a session based on what your body needs that day.

Whether you're an active senior who wants to keep doing the things you love, someone looking for relief from tired and overworked muscles, or simply someone who needs time to slow down, Selah offers a warm, peaceful place where the focus is on you.

Come in, take a breath, and give your body permission to pause.
