Welcome to Selah Massage & Healing Center
Something new is coming to Hudson, Florida—a place created to give you permission to slow down, take a breath, and care for the body that carries you through every day.
Selah Massage & Healing Center is the vision of Sheila Shynski, LMT, who believes massage should be more than an occasional luxury. It can be an important part of caring for your body, managing everyday stress and discomfort, maintaining mobility, and simply giving yourself time to rest.
At Selah, every massage begins by listening. Sheila takes the time to understand how you’re feeling, what your body is experiencing, and what you hope to get from your session. Your massage can then be personalized using therapeutic and relaxation techniques based on what you need that day.
Selah will offer therapeutic and relaxation massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, prenatal massage, deep tissue massage, chair and table massage, along with aromatherapy and red light therapy.
Our new massage and healing center at 10201 State Rd 52, Suite B in Hudson will be opening soon, and we’re looking forward to welcoming clients from Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, Bayonet Point and surrounding West Pasco communities.
In the meantime, we invite you to explore our new website, learn more about Sheila and the services Selah will offer, and check back for opening updates.
